The District is recommending Policy 314 for elimination because the information contained in the policy is already covered in Policy 304 - Employment of District Staff and Policy 324 - Personnel Files. Thus, Policy 314 is duplicative. 

The District recommends eliminating this policy and incorporating the language from it into Policy 331 - Employee Travel and Expense Reimbursement, making that policy the singular source of information about reimbursement of all employee expenses, regardless of the type of expense.
