| | The Board of Education received the new charter application for the Frederick Douglass Charter School on November 15, 2018. Hearings on the application were held on December 17, 2018 and January 22, 2019. Pursuant to the Pennsylvania Charter School Law, the Board of Education will vote to deny or approve the application during its February 28, 2019 Action Meeting. The Charter Schools Office's evaluation report concerning the application is attached here.
