Schools were selected based on the following criteria: fidelity of implementation of Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports (PBIS) (Tier I) and evidence of Check In Check Out intervention (Tier II). The provider will facilitate leadership trainings, counselor and support staff training, teacher training, coach training, group consultation with coaches, individual consultation with PBIS coaches, and collaboration with the School District of Philadelphia, Lakeside Global Institute, University of Pennsylvania, and any other grant sub-contract.
