| The Administration recommends that the Board of Education authorize The School District of Philadelphia, through the Superintendent or his designee, to accept a Donation of Equipment and to execute and perform a license and right of entry agreement and any other necessary documents, subject to funding, as follows:

The District works with external partners to provide more schools with
safe and welcoming outdoor spaces. The outdoor classroom seating at these six schools will be for formal instruction and informal outdoor gatherings by students and staff. These six schools were selected in coordination with Capital Programs based on site conditions, interest, and commitment from school principals.
