 The Administration recommends that the Board of Education authorize The School District of Philadelphia, through the Superintendent or his designee, to execute and perform an amendment of a contract, subject to funding, as follows:

Webco Construction, LLC 
Delta / B.J.D.S, Inc. 
Pannulla Const. Co. Inc  

To utilize trade contractors for as-needed carpentry services

The School District of Philadelphia's (District) Office of Facilities Management and Services has identified a need to increase the funding of its carpentry service contracts. The services under these contracts were introduced for the first time in FY22 with an estimated spend of $500,000 per year. The installation of air-conditioning units has increased the spend of these contracts since then and the contract limit needs to be increased to $3,000,000 per year. The contractors will be assigned work by the Maintenance Department, who will monitor the work for quality and completeness. The vendors recommended for award have a track record of satisfactory work for the District.
