| The Administration recommends that the Board of Education authorize The School District of Philadelphia, through the Superintendent or his designee, to execute and perform a contract, subject to funding, as follows:

To allow for the purchase of Apple devices for computer labs, school-based administrative and instructional staff, as well as other administrative staff.

| | | | | | | | | Description: The Office of Information Technology provides all instructional staff, school leaders, and academic focused central administration staff with an Apple device in order to perform their job duties. Schools need daily access to online curriculum, student data, and a variety of performance tools to move the goals and guardrails forward. We track to ensure 100% deployment to all staff. Each staff member must e-sign an agreement accepting possession of the Apple device by the serial number.
