 Description:

The Office of Procurement Services, in collaboration with the Office of Minority Small Business Development (OMSBD), has identified a need to obtain services from Browntown Group LLC to provide the following services on the Capital Program project for the building of the Lewis C. Cassidy School to fulfill the established requirements for the use of funds on this project:

- Coordinate with the Construction Management (CM) company point of contact to collect certified payrolls for participating contractors at all tier levels throughout the project.
- Extract this data that will be input by the CM company’s point of contact from the LCP Tracker software, which will be used throughout the project.
- The certified payroll data that will be collected will contain the demographics, gender, address (including zip codes) and trade union status (foreman, journeyman, apprentice), so that the School District may track and collect this data for internal and/or external reporting purposes.
- Turn over data to the OMSBD to match up with the CM original participation plan form(s) commitments compared to their actual manpower participation on the project.
- The OMSBD will report out to the appropriate stakeholders the progress and the ultimate outcomes for diversity with the workforce for this project.

Utilization of these services supports Board Guardrail 1: Every school will be a safe, welcoming, and healthy place for all students, staff, and community to learn. Our schools will be physically safe and clean with an inclusive environment. Students will have access to social, emotional, and mental health supports.
