Description: The Office of Communications provides strategic media buying and campaign support to multiple departments throughout the District for the following campaigns: Kindergarten, Pre-k, Head Start, Talent recruitment, Back to School, School Selection, Early Education, and Brand Building. Communications has purchased and throughout the year will need to purchase paid media advertising, promotional items, and brand building materials, to push information out to staff, students, and residents of the City of Philadelphia. Purchases are made based on the outlet's ability to reach the targeted demographics for each campaign. Purchases are paid from both communications general funding and Title I grant funding as specifically allocated for each campaign.
