Helbling & Associates will work to lead the successful recruitment, selection, hiring and onboarding of a Deputy Chief of Operations. They will work to source potential candidates for the role, present the candidates to decision makers within the District, and support the successful screening of candidates within the District. Helbling will also coordinate reference checks and support the successful offer and acceptance of the District's new Deputy Chief.
