 The Administration recommends that the Board of Education authorize The School District of Philadelphia, through the Superintendent or his designee, to execute and perform a contract, subject to funding, as follows: 

Riddell/All American  

To provide cleaning, restoration, and repair of athletic equipment and uniforms

 Start date: 4/1/2021

 End date: 4/30/2023
 Compensation not to exceed: $150,000 
All Middle Schools; All High Schools

 Renewal Options:  Yes

 Number of Options: 2

 Duration of each option to extend: Years: 1  Months:
 Maximum compensation authorized per option period:   Each option at fixed amount of $75,000


At the conclusion of each season, in preparation for the upcoming season, athletic equipment and uniforms that students use and wear must be examined for damage, defects, and re-certified for use in the next season. Riddell/All American will recondition, repair, and clean athletic equipment and uniforms to prevent deterioration and disrepair such as cracking, fading, shrinking, and loss of elasticity. This reconditioning process ensures that all items meet safety standards and certifications prior to usage each year.
