Description:  Community Academy of Philadelphia Charter School applied for renewal of its charter in the 2019-20 school year. A renewal evaluation of this charter school was completed by the Charter Schools Office in 2019-20 and the latest Annual Charter Evaluation with renewal recommendation was completed in 2020 (ACE-R -- Renewal Recommendation). The CSO has recommended a five-year renewal, effective July 1, 2020. The renewal includes a condition requiring the charter school to submit a lease for its facility that has been approved by a majority vote of the disinterested board members from the charter school's Board of Trustees and its landlord's Board of Directors.
