The District seeks an online platform for documenting and analyzing data regarding coaching provided by the Office of Teaching and Learning. The coaching platform will provide real time, customizable documentation forms for communication with teachers and customized reporting for efficient and accurate data management. This platform supports the development and management of contractually-obligated coaching supports, including caseload management, coach assignments, and documentation of Intensive Support Plans and Performance Improvement Plans. The platform's reporting features support accurate, efficient communication with principals and the PAR Panel. This tool will be used by all 53 Office of Teaching and Learning coaches, who support roughly 1,200 teachers per year.
The Office of Teaching and Learning currently uses another provider for this service which has not met the demand for customization and data reporting. After seeking quotes from multiple providers, KickUp provides the highest-quality of service with the best value. With an assigned customer support staff member, KickUp will be able to respond to our immediate data needs, especially when making quick decisions. For example, when data was recently requested, it took 36 hours to get a custom report from our current provider. With KickUp, we would be able to immediately create our own custom report to meet our need within minutes. This will allow us to make the best, most efficient decisions about how to deploy our coaching resources.
