| The Administration recommends that the Board of Education authorize The School District of Philadelphia, through the Superintendent or his designee, to execute and perform an amendment of a contract, subject to funding, as follows:

| | | | | | | | | Description: The School District contracts with The Electric Motor Repair Company to service commercial electric, gas and steam food service equipment. This vendor also provides professional repairs and installations performed by CFESA (Commercial Food Equipment Service Association) certified technicians. This action item seeks to increase the current contract by $100,000 to support the continued repairs required for both CTE and Food Service kitchens and refrigeration equipment used to instruct students as part of their state approved career and technical education program. Having a provider for these services supports Anchor Goal 1 and the Operations goals of providing 100% of students with a safe, healthy, and welcoming learning environment.
