| The Administration recommends that the Board of Education authorize The School District of Philadelphia, through the Superintendent or his designee, to execute and perform a contract, subject to funding, as follows:

| | Purpose: Purchase a modular classroom for Olney Elementary School

| | | | | | | | | Description: The Office of Facilities Management and Services has identified a need to purchase a modular classroom for the Olney Elementary School. The existing modular classroom was destroyed by a fire. The replacement of the modular classroom is an urgent need required prior to the start of the new school year. The school currently utilizes four trailers on-site to relieve overcrowding. The vendor will be evaluated on performance based on adherence to the timelines and quality of work.
