This water treatment program provides for proper water chemistry in existing heating and air conditioning systems to include all boilers, cooling towers, hot/chilled water loops, and circulation equipment. Additionally, Tustin Water will provide testing and consulting services thereby preserving system integrity, ensuring operational reliability/performance, and eliminating the potential for airborne health concerns associated with cooling tower operation. This specialty vendor will be monitored by the Maintenance leadership ensuring services are delivered in accordance with the contract. RFP-648 was released for these services and Tustin was the only applicant. The Office of Facilities and Management Services previously contracted with this vendor for the same services.
