The Office of Capital Programs has identified a need to provide additional classroom space for students at the Mayfair Elementary School. This contract establishes a source to lease (8 ) eight modular classrooms as well as related services to relieve the overcrowding at Mayfair until the construction of the new school on Ryan Avenue is completed. The vendor will be evaluated on performance based on adherence to timelines and quality of work.
