The developer has submitted a plan for an above-ground retention basin to be installed in the area behind the school, and PWD has approved the plan. The School District will submit a change order for the developer to revise the current design to a subsurface basin system. The new design will provide the school with additional open and unrestricted green area that will benefit students.
