 Description:

The Office of Capital Programs (OCP) has identified a need for professional supplemental services to support the proper staffing to implement the $500 million Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). Extending the contracts will allow for staffing on an as-needed basis to ensure the priorities of the CIP are met. The priorities include new facilities and additions, renovations of existing facilities, life-cycle replacements, and maintaining the physical integrity of existing buildings to meet code requirements and educational programming needs. Staff are fully integrated into the department and work as a part of the team to complete capital projects. The staffing services are for the following disciplines:  architecture, engineering, estimating, claims analysis, technical specifications writing, project management, and construction scheduling. A monthly summary report monitors the status of all assignments to evaluate the quality and timeliness of the supplemental staff.

Anchor Goal(s) Supported:    Provide 100% of students with a safe, healthy, and welcoming learning environment.
