 The Administration recommends that the Board of Education authorize The School District of Philadelphia, through the Superintendent or his designee, to execute and perform a contract, subject to funding, as follows:

Various Vendors 

 Purpose: 
Sources for the purchase or repair of security and surveillance equipment

 Start date: 6/1/2020

 End date: 6/30/2021
 Compensation not to exceed: $1,000,000 
 Separate Compensation by Vendor:
All entities will be paid out of the aggregate amount not to exceed $1,000,000.
 Location: 
All schools, bus garages, and Administrative offices

 Description:
The School District's Office of School Safety uses various manufacturers and vendors for equipment and maintenance services for intrusion alarms, fire alarms, surveillance equipment, along with other security items.  The selected vendors are on the Pennsylvania Department of General Services master list that represents the product lines for the District's needed parts, supplies, or services.
