| | | | | | | | | Description: The School District is seeking approval to continue to utilize the City of Philadelphia's competitively bid contract for ultra-low sulfur diesel fuel for its buses and trucks. Utilizing the city's contract allows us to take advantage of cooperative purchasing, which brings lower rates by aggregating the need and economies of scale. The City is exercising its option to renew the contract with Mansfield for one year through June 2021. Consistent with the City's award to Mansfield, the District seeks approval to purchase up to $1,000,000 dollars of ultra-low sulfur diesel from Mansfield.
