 Description:

LinkedIn is the largest professional online network in the world with millions of users and is one of the smartest ways for talent acquisition teams in education to find and recruit candidates for a wide variety of positions. LinkedIn Recruiter allows recruiters to access LinkedIn's entire network of active and passive candidates, use search filters to zero in on the best candidates, contact candidates through InMail, LinkedIn's trusted messaging environment, and post jobs. The District has utilized three LinkedIn Recruiter licenses for the last two years under an LCA and has hired candidates for central office roles, teaching positions, and school leader candidates from the licenses. The District seeks to add two Recruiter licenses to expand the results of the platform and better analyze the hiring results to determine if we want to continue or expand use of the platform in future years.
