| The Administration recommends that the Board of Education authorize The School District of Philadelphia, through the Superintendent or his designee, to execute and perform a contract, subject to funding, as follows:

| | | | | | | | | Description: The District's current and outgoing Enterprise Resource Planning (“ERP”) system, known as CGI Advantage, requires an annual software support contract in order to provide the District with critical software updates, tax and payroll form updates, software maintenance and technical support. This annual agreement ensures the reliable and fully functional operation of the information system responsible for managing the District’s financial, human resources, payroll and procurement business processes. The annual fee for these services remains fixed and was negotiated as part of the original licensing and purchase of the CGI Advantage system. The CGI Advantage system is slated to be replaced by the District's new Oracle ERP system in calendar years 2020-2021.
