 Description:

Through a competitive solicitation process, the School District selected Fidelity Information Services, LLC (FIS), to serve as the District’s managed IBM mainframe hosting provider. The services provided under this contract are needed to facilitate the off-site hosting and operation of the IBM mainframe system that houses the District's existing ERP (CGI's Advantage) Finance/Human Resources information system. FIS will continue to host the District’s ERP system in a secure Tier-4 data center that includes disaster recovery, and will maintain, manage, and monitor all required mainframe hardware, software and licensing.

This proposed contract amendment as permitted under the original RFP specification, will allow the continued operation of the District’s legacy ERP environment including financial, human resources, payroll and procurement business functions, until such time as the new Oracle ERP and its components have been fully implemented. Once the new Oracle ERP system is fully operational, currently scheduled for calendar year 2021, the contract and all associated mainframe hosting services from FIS will be terminated.
