Purpose: To address stormwater management as part of the New K-8 School Project on Ryan Avenue

A certain parcel of land in Pennypack Park located in the City and County of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Description:

Gilbane Development Company is designing and constructing a new K-8 school on Ryan Avenue through a Turnkey Agreement with the District. In order to address stormwater matters on the District property, the Department of Parks and Recreation of the City of Philadelphia (Parks and Recreation) has agreed to grant the District a permanent easement onto and over a certain parcel of land in Pennypack Park for the management of stormwater discharge from the District’s property. The easement agreement will set forth the obligations of the District and Parks and Recreation with respect to the easement.
