The Administration recommends that the Board of Education authorize The School District of Philadelphia, through the President of the Board of Education, to execute, deliver, and perform a Zoning Lot Declaration, as follows:

Purpose:

To declare 3001 Ryan Avenue and 3201 Ryan Avenue a single zoning lot for the purposes of obtaining permits and approvals for the development of the new K-8 elementary school

Start Date: 10/18/2019

Description:

As part of the development and construction of the new K-8 elementary school on Ryan Avenue, the School District is required to execute a zoning lot declaration to declare 3001 and 3201 Ryan Avenue a single lot for zoning purposes to enable Gilbane Development Corp., or its affiliate, to obtain necessary permits and approvals on behalf of the School District for the construction of the new K-8 elementary school, and such declaration shall be recorded in the City's Department of Records.
