| The Administration recommends that the Board of Education authorize The School District of Philadelphia, through the Superintendent or his designee, to execute and perform a contract, subject to funding, as follows:

| | | | | | | | | Description: The Department of Maintenance has identified the need for a contractor to provide garage door repair services, on an as-needed basis. Services may include garage door adjustments, parts replacement, garage door opener service, repairs and troubleshooting. The Department of Maintenance will monitor services requested to ensure that all repairs and services performed meet bid specifications set forth by the garage door manufacturers' guidelines. Utilization of these services supports Operations' goal of providing 100% of students with a safe, healthy, and welcoming learning environment.
