CCC has a local presence and extensive knowledge of PA law and familiarity with the local courts and judges. Since January 2014, our partnership has resulted in a win percentage of 98% of all protestable claims. Over $7.6 million dollars of liability has been removed by obtaining 1,720 favorable decisions out of 1,767 decisions received. We maintain a compliance ratio of 99%, meaning that all necessary responses and information are provided to the State from Corporate Cost Control in a timely manner.
